The start of the 153rd General Assembly came with a considerable amount of uncertainty: we had a brand-new House leadership team, a new governor taking office, and complete chaos at the federal level. But we managed to hit the ground running and delivered an incredibly productive session – responding to the needs of our constituents, advancing our legislative priorities, and passing historic measures that had been stalled for years.
